Sandra Revuelta was born in Guadalajara Mexico. She grew up surrounded by colors, arts and crafts of Mexico. She started painting at a young age. Through the years she has studied and learned many techniques. Her passion for "Tlaquepaque and Tonala"- paper arts - has grown. She uses materials such as agave, sugar cane, leaves and other fibers derived from trees and flowers to create her paper arts. Her hand made paper is beautiful, filled with textures and natural made colors. Sandra also creates pencil, charcoal and ink illustration. Sandra creates art as an expression of the magic and fun she feels for life. She feels that she is leaving a mark by painting her ideas and desires.
